What Is PPE ?
- Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers.
- It shall be provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition.
- Necessary by reason of hazards of processes or environment, chemical hazards, radiological hazards, or mechanical irritants.
- In 1994, OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Act) established Sec. 15 & 16, the use of proper Personal Protection Equipment must be approved by DOSH .

Personal protective equipments are mainly designed for employees who works in dangerous places. Protective equipments are made from special material which protect your different body parts against the high risk of workplace.
